Hi everyone! My name is Niko Turko, currently a junior Public Relations/Advertising major with a Communications minor here at Chapman University. Throughout the past semester I have been planning and finalizing my plans for study abroad. In exactly 62 days I will be traveling to Florence, Italy to further my studies. After having taken two semesters of Italian here at Chapman, I am excited to completely immerse myself in the Italian culture and learn from this international opportunity. Now that I have my student visa and have completed all of my pre-departure forms, I am ready to go.
Throughout this student blog, I will be keeping up-to-date entries about my travels. From weekend trips to the daily difficulties of living abroad I will be keeping a detailed summary of my experience. Enjoy!
